For me, a blown glass bubbles is like a blank piece of paper. Like a canvas for my ideas and designs. Through my work, I frequently investigate subjects such as human inner strength, outer and inner conflict of human, regret, delusions and integrity.

I use many different processes in my practice, predominantly free hand blowing and shaping, moulds blowing, canework, graal, hot sculpting and sand casting. In addition I use grinding, sandblasting engraving and glueing techniques.

I received my Bachelor Degree of Arts in Glass Art from The Academy of Art, Tallinn. There I also completed my Masters of Arts in Education of Art and Art History.

Currently I run the Olustvere Glassblowing Studio in Estonia. Where I make mostly applied art pieces, awards and bespoke commissions. I have been involved in different art projects and curated various exhibitions and workshops. In addition I undertake research of Estonian glass history.
